Okay, so after a somewhat interesting chat with an un-named Scot (We shall call him Leader MK... Wait, that makes it too obvious) Its time we look at making some changes around here, ALL Input will be considered.
Here are some of the things we're looking at.

- Changes to the forums
e.g. New areas, new bits on the forums
- Changes to recruitment rules
- Ideas for the Carnographic movie

And anything else you can think of.

Hello Guys,

Its been a long time since theres been an update or anything going on around here lately, Thats mostly because I've been away trying to make it in the real world... Well, Snowboarding mostly.

So, its about time we started stiring things up around here starting with a Role Call. A post will be made in the PS3 and 360 forums regarding members, If you do not answer or nobody puts stating you are still a member your position within the team will be revoked until you let us know whats going on.

Secondly, we have a big announcement regarding positions within the team. from this moment Triptronix and Major Kane will be taking the position of PS3 Team Leaders from this moment, they now are in charge of everything that goes on with the PS3 side of the team. Please note that this does not change the position of funkyducks, he is still a well positioned and fantastic leader within the team.

Lastly, there are some new changes within the rules regarding recruitment, from this moment these rules apply:
- Any member with over 6 months team experience or the prior consent of a leader (Myself, Meltman, Major Kane or Triptronix) may automatically accept someone in the team if they have had previous driving experience with them. This also means the stated members can also do test runs with possible members applying on the forums to approve their position in the team. Please note that any acceptances MUST be noted to DarkPand0r or Meltman to make sure the acceptance process is complete.

Hey Everyone,

So things have been a little quietly, Personally I'm going to blame the giant over rated beast that is Ferrari... I jest, I'm actually referring to Call of Duty: Black ops. A game so over rated it claims to be the best Franchise of all time.
Me and Meltman have had some discussions and we really think we need to update some things with you guys.
Firstly, I wanna apologise but unfortunately our (beloved?) Adamwilkes has left the team, Although he'll be welcome at any time and we hope he enjoys the real world.

We need to look for a new leadership role for the PS3 side of things, Although I'm always about my time right now is restricted. if there is anyone that wants to help push the team and get us up and running with me and Meltman Please give me, Meltman or Meltman a shout

And on a last note, Happy Birthday to Niop. One of our earliest members and still dedicated to the end, If I was a Woman I'd love to go on a date with him. Walking hand in hand along the beech, Eating Taco Bell together whilst laughing over inconvenient truths, making out to the beautiful soundtrack to Days of Thunder.....Wow.

So as snow as hit the UK by storm and essentially wiped out any method of wheeled transport theres an issue I'd like to discuss with my fellow people!
Alot of people I see on facebook are posting awesome comments like:

This person drives a FWD car....

My point here is that any retard can put a car sideways with the handbrake, the problem with this is that you can't drift with a FWD car.
Please guys, share my love here for true drifting and not these retards who think an FWD car can drift...

Some 200 employees of the Liverpool based studio, Bizarre, have today been handed their 90 day notice. This is the whole staff.

If you don't know who Bizarre Studios are, they made the Project Gotham Racing Series. They worked for Microsoft Xgen Studios for a good few years with the license before moving on to pastures anew and leaving PGR behind them. Mixing their brand of street racing with a Mario Kart style race they created Blur, an original idea which didn't sell all too well, and in my mind, didn't go far enough with their handling to separate themselves from their direct competition Split/Second and similar racers such as the Burnout series by criterion.

This lead to mediocre reviews and less than satisfactory sales. Due to be released this month is their take on 007, which has also suffered poor reviews. The outlook was bleak, and has been made much worse with Activision effectively closing them down.

To a lot of people this might not mean much, maybe a shrug, a comment on the state of Bobby Kotick's Activision, but for me, and in my opinion Reflex Motorsport as a whole, this is sad, sad news. Myself and our despised dictator beloved leader Pand0r started off on PGR, and I am of the opinion that without PGR, Reflex may not have been here today.

I wish all of the guys and girls at Bizarre the best of luck in the coming months.

So today is the day we unveil the new look and feel for Reflex on the web, Its taken a long time but we've finally done it. We've gone from a small group of talented drivers to a community of some of the best and most talented drivers in the gaming world.
So whilst we dawn on the fact that together we've made something unique, Never forget where you came from.



Any one driver can win a race, its incredible to see one driver take an emphatic win but its a team that really succeeds in the long run, No one can do it alone forever and eventually working as a group is the best way to success.
When I first started this team it was just me and 2 other drivers, we worked together to prove that we were the fastest, and our confidence as a team attracted other drivers which is how we became the team we are today.

Now that we are at a position of strength remember that we can only improve as a team and a community if we work together, Drive with your team mates all that you can and work together to get the win. By this I don't mean dirty, we all know thats not how we win races. But work together by supporting your team mate, Help him drive a better line or pull him in your slip stream.

Remember guys.

So,

A lot of people don't know that actually me and our new F1 driver "MrDean" live quite close together (About 20 minutes apart if we're being precise).
We both went to the local Blockbusters "Call of Duty: Black Ops Launch Night Tournament". I decided to sit by and watch, personally I've never been a fan of shooters and I would have gone out in round 1 in a terrible mess of swearing and anger...

MrDean however went through and battled on, Eventually winning the tournament!!
So Congratulations to one of our newer racers, MrDean for really representing and showing the other guys just how we do things.
I even managed to catch a little snap of the warriors in action

Heres a sneak peak of what me (and mainly) KingMeltman have been working on.
Its still going to take a little while longer but we're really trying to improve the look of the forums and add some cool new stuff too.
Reflex is at a point now where we're getting new drivers quite quickly, Its about time we had a way of showing people a more professional side to the way we do things.

Some of you may have noticed recently that Adamwilkes hasn't been around very much recently, Which is an oddity as his normal timing is similar to that of a 14 year old boy going to the midnight launch of the latest Shoot em up...

He asked me today if he could resign so someone could take over his post as he feels incapable of filling the position as he's having family problems, Of course I declined this. Adam is one of the major anchors for this team and has done a lot for us, We all need to remember how much he's done to get the team to where it is today. I hope you all join me in supporting Adam through his troubles and hope his issues are resolved.
